In this model, you pre-order your subscription plans as per your current and perceived needs and opt to pay for these quantities on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual basis, in advance. Contract periods are typically annual.
If you opt for this mode of payment, you don’t have to pre-order any subscription plans or quantities or enter into any time-bound contracts. The system will allow you to use the service as per your needs and will bill you only on your actual usage at the end of every month, in arrears.
You cancel the services
The customer account and all associated data will be automatically marked for deletion and cleared during the scheduled data clean-up of our system.
You default on paying the bills within the stipulated period
Your account may enter a suspension period. The suspension period lasts for 30 days. During this 30-day period, the administrator won’t be able to perform any changes or onboard new users via the administration console, while the end-user functions will be unaffected for the first 15 days, after which the end-users will also lose access to their accounts. After 30 days to mark the end of the full suspension period, the customer account and all associated data may be automatically marked for deletion and cleared during the scheduled data clean-up of our system.
This is an irreversible operation. To prevent this, please ensure that your account is reinstated and made current before the end of the 30-day suspension period.
If your preferred payment agreement with Xcellhost is a "Contract", you won't be able to add any more users until you purchase additional users for your subscription. To purchase additional resources or user licenses, you can simply write in your request to our billing team, who will update your license and send you a pro-rated invoice from the date of purchase to the end of your contract period for the new purchase.
With the "Pay per Use" payment agreement model for the consumption of our cloud services, this question is no more valid. In this model, you don't buy any resources upfront and instead go about using the service, grow or shrink as your workload changes and pay only for what you use at the end of the month. We have simplified the entire consumption and billing process for our customers by moving to a pay per use model.
If your preferred payment agreement with Xcellhost is a "Contract", you can write back to us with your preference to change your subscription.
In the pay per use payment agreement, you can freely move users among the plans, add new users, delete users, delete data, and our billing platform will track your usage on a daily basis, and finally bill you only for what you used in the month. Hence, you are in full control of your consumption.

You can use the Export functionality of Vaultastic to pull out your data. If the data size is very large, you have the option of receiving this via a physical medium, the AWS snowball. Please note that the export process is billable on a per GB basis, along with any services if you require and the use of the AWS snowball if required. The use of these resources is tracked by our billing system to be added to your monthly bill.
Once you cancel the service, you will not be able to access your data, and the data will be marked for automatic deletion by our systems.
