The host is any individual who may schedule and conduct Webex Meetings. The username and password for the account are specifically tied to an individual license.

If your organization needs more than 1 host license you will need to sign up for one of our paid plans. You can choose between three plans: Agile User, Power User or Modern Workspace based on your requirement.

Purchasing more than one host license allows your organization to host meetings simultaneously. For example, one license allows one hosted meeting at once, two licenses allow two hosted meetings at once, and three licenses three hosted meetings at once, etc.

Annual subscription cannot be cancelled mid-term.
