What is Office 365?

Office 365 is a collection of productivity apps powered by Microsoft which lets you run your business on the go. With Office 365 you get spam free Emails along with apps such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. You can communicate seamlessly with your teams across the globe with Microsoft Teams and Skype. With 1 TB cloud storage (only on select plans) you can access your files and collaborate with your team from anywhere.

What is a license?

A license is associated to one of the plans being sold for Office 365. When you create a user account under an Office 365 plan, a license is assigned to that user account. You will be charged for the licenses purchased under your order irrespective of whether they are assigned to an account or not.

Can I switch to other Office 365 Plans?

Yes. If you need to upgrade, you can move your account to a different O365 plan post purchase. For example, you can upgrade an account from an Office 365 Business plan to an Office 365 Business Premium plan.

How many Office 365 licenses can I buy under a plan?

You can buy a maximum of 300 licenses for each Office 365 plan. For example, you can purchase 300 Office 365 Business Premium seats and 300 Business Essentials seats.

Can I mix and match different Office 365 plans?

Yes, you can mix and match Office 365 plans post purchase. Please note that there are some license limitations at the plan level. The Office 365 Business, Business Essentials, and Business Premium plans each have a limit of 300 users

Can I cancel my Office 365 subscription any time?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However you will not receive any refund for the remaining tenure for your order.

Is there a money back period for Office 365 plans?

No. We do not offer money back for Office 365 plans.
