Refund Policy
When it comes to the SSL certificates and web security options we offer, XcellHost always wants you to be happy. If you want to cancel or get a refund and think you might need help, you can always talk about your choices with retention or by calling or live-chatting with our Customer Experience Team before you cancel.
Our experts can fix any SSL issues you’re having, walk you through the whole process, or clear up any questions you have so you can get the certificate you need. If a certificate was bought to be used fraudulently, the buyer gives up the right to a refund or exchange, and the SSL Certificate or web security product is quickly cancelled, rejected, or taken away.
There are some things that the 30-day money-back guarantee doesn’t cover, like subscription goods, extra SANs (Subject Alternative Names) because of CA rules, or the costs of buying and shipping hardware tokens as part of an order. When it comes to subscription goods, you can cancel your subscription at any time as long as it doesn’t violate the terms of your agreement. You will still be able to use the subscription service until the end of your billing period. As long as the law allows it, payments are non-refundable, and we don’t give credits for subscription times that are less than a month long.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
XcellHost lets you stop their services whenever you want by letting them know through their client area. Take note that you will need to pay off all of your debts (if you have any) before you can ask for the cancellation. Whenever your subscription time ends, you can ask to be cancelled right away. If you quit right away, you will no longer be able to use any of our hosting services. If you decide to cancel after the term time, you can still use the services until the end of the term you paid for.
When you cancel your account, all of your saved data will be deleted from our servers. You will not be able to get that data back. So, you are the only one who can back up your data before you ask for cancellation. Linux OS: The Linux OS doesn’t have the GUI, which stands for Grafical User Interface. This is also true for all versions of Ubuntu OS.
Windows OS: The GUI form can be used with Windows OS. This makes it easier to connect to the client using RDP, or Remote Desktop Protocol. Our return or credit policy doesn’t cover whether or not the graphical user interface (GUI) for any operating system is available or works. There are no returns or credits for spamming, phishing, being abusive, or doing something illegal. No notice of termination. Follow the law. The money from the return will always be put back into the Client Portal Account within 7 days, not the paying customer’s personal account. The amount that was given can then be used at any time in the future to buy hosting services from XcellHost.
Note: You won’t get your money back if you’ve already had an XcellHost account, cancelled it, and then signed up again, or if you’ve already opened a second account with them. You can only get a return for your first account. XcellHost also doesn’t offer a cancellation and refund policy for custom sales and billing cycles that run once a year.
