Our professionals will help you set up a server account as soon as you pay. When you place an order, you must make sure that you give the correct main email address and other contact information so that you can get information about bill confirmations, new issues, and updates. If your account is closed or stopped because you gave wrong information, you are the one who is responsible.
In any case, XcellHost will not be responsible for a registration that has expired because the contact information for the name is out of date. You can contact our sales and support team by email or chat if you need to confirm or change the information you gave them.

DATA BACKUP

You are responsible for all the data in your account, including files, emails, personal settings, and more. XcellHost will not be responsible for any kind of data loss, whether it’s because of a hacked site, a hardware failure, server or site maintenance, your own mistake, or something else. If a file is bigger than 40 MB, it doesn’t get backed up on our backup systems and can’t be restored if the server goes down. XcellHost does not back up the data of any shared account that uses more than 5 gigabytes of disc space (except databases).You need to make your own copy of your info. It is recommended that you make a copy of all your data on a second drive so that you won’t lose it if the first drive fails. You will take all the risks when you use our services. We do not keep any copies of your server on file. In addition, we don’t back up data for accounts that have been closed or stopped for any reason.

PAYMENT POLICY

At any time, XcellHost can change the amount of the monthly or yearly payment as well as any other fees. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, net banking, or PayPal. Once the payment is confirmed, you can set up your account right away. If you pay with a cheque, however, it may take up to five days for the check to clear. On the other hand, you can set up your account the same day if you pay by cheque or mail order. Please be aware that there will be fees for transactions made through Indian and foreign payment gateways, such as PayPal and Paytm. These fees must be paid for in full or in part by the users. Please keep in mind that bank transfers are not affected by these fee rules.

XcellHost’s 7-day money-back promise only applies to people who sign up for the first time. The second time you sign up and after that, there is no credit-back policy. If you’ve had an account with XcellHost before, cancelled it, and then signed up again, or if you’ve started a second account with XcellHost, you won’t be able to get your money back. There are 5 days of extra time between when the bill is sent out and when it needs to be paid.
